I checked out as a guest

  1. Immediately after your purchase, Etsy will email you a receipt with your instant download link. Use this link to download your digital art file.
  2. If you’re having trouble locating this email, be sure to check your spam/junk email folders, or the ‘Social’ or ‘Promotions’ tabs in Google mail.
  3. Still need help? Message us through Etsy and we’ll assist you.

The file won't download

  1. If nothing happens when you click the download link, the problem may be your web browser. Disable any non-standard browser add-ons such as ad blockers or toolbars.
  2. Try your download in a location with faster Internet. The file may be too big for your current Internet speed. If you still have trouble, message us through Etsy for help.
  3. The Etsy app currently does NOT support digital file downloads, so be sure to use a web browser when accessing your digital purchases.

The file won't open

  1. Delete the file and download it again. The file may have become corrupted during the download.

I can't find my notification email

  1. Ensure the email address associated with your Etsy account is correct.
  2. Check your spam/junk email folders, or the ‘Social’ or ‘Promotions’ tabs in Google mail. To avoid this issue in the future, add transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list.
You can still access your digital downloads under “Purchases” from your Etsy account menu.
